    2nd big canvas

Here is a second large canvas, performed according to the intuitive process. The canvas is finished for some time already, but I could not share it with you for technical reasons! A new computer since… and everything goes better! So… TADA! In between. Mixed media by Fanny Wild   By sharing this picture, I was pleasantly surprised to see comments like soul food 🙂 I too thought that the overloaded… I’m very satisfied. So now let’s look at the meanings of these archetypes. This painting tells me, among others, there are passages between worlds and they call intuition (giraffes, bears, buddha and lotus) and creation (horses, wolves, 3rd chakra the dove…

    Timelapse #2

Okay, so I do some things backwards. Here is the timelapse of my 2nd great canvas. Gone, but not presented because of technical problems… now the pc does not read SD cards 🙂 As I really want to give you my news, here are the first images of the thing. Should the problem persist, I will try a yuck picture (include a not-so-good-smartphone image.) So here goes : I love timelapse photos! Yes because the paintings have an exciting life, multiple developments. Here is another example, a canvas 80 x 100 cm. 1st and 2nd layer for texture. 3rd layer in cold colors. We are in the intuitive process here!…

    Just next my bed

… there is… all this books! Because my painting process is connected to my readings… And my favorites for the moment, are about the archetypes. Link to the collective inconscient forme C. G.Yung, they come to life by plunges in child stories and legends, myths of our civilisation. The hero lives always the same steps from the adventure appeal to the way back, with success.     In particular archetype of the orphan found in Cinderella, Snow White… so that history can take place, one breaks the ties of the past, blood ties are broken. The hero lives his adventure, often a spiritual metaphor, a journey to the other world,…

    Timelapse

A little photo-timelapse on my last paintings (on big canva) ? Always doing some gesso for textures, and some collage for the first layers… 3rd layer, really crazy right? Colors, colors, colors with some fluorescent paint and lot of symbols! Then 4th layer with more textures that will appear in the end (hope so!) First totem come…   I change the direction… Paint becomes closer to the end on this stage. The biggest work concerns the characters… I trained a lot on Scetchbook to have simple but lifelike figures, which speak to our imagination without falling into the realism (which undoubtedly destabilize the canvas that wants expressionist.) The balance can be difficult…

    Woman power

First big canvas done! Stand in your power woman!   It’s a nice time that we should not forget to celebrate. As a Birth … on second thought, it’s a baby project that is born every time. So small party in his honor. I showed you the first layers of this painting before. What evolution is not it? How do we know that a painting is finished? Great question! I am careful to keep my instinct wide open in the final phase of a canvas, as much as I tend to do too much (to work too far), and risk losing his voice. So when I suspect the “last layers work”,…

The paintings of a wild woman

Clarissa Pinkola Estes In the breath of a storyteller, some words to me farther prevail. Beyond myself, in a race with Wolves. In the image of a witch, singing in the moonlight. Sometimes I live intensely the archetypal of the wild woman such as so brilliantly tells the dazzling Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I saw through my paintings, for example, the shaman or the eagle. And, yes, sometimes, I meet a wolf and plunge in his eye. Surprising encounter, shocking. Never indifferent.   Yet so far away we are from the Wild Woman, our instinctual nature, we feel her presence. We meet in our dreams, in our psyche. We hear her appeal.…
